Santander Consumer (My Account Portal)

As the lead UX designer, I took the helm in orchestrating impactful workshops, conducting on-site usability testing, and meticulously crafting test documents. My responsibilities extended to the rigorous testing of wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring that each design element seamlessly contributed to an optimal user experience.

Beyond data collection, my role required a nuanced approach to revising and presenting design solutions to stakeholders and leadership. This collaborative effort involved working closely with developers and business teams, fostering an environment where user-centric design solutions could thrive.

At the heart of this design journey was MyAccount, a multifaceted platform designed to evolve seamlessly from a website to a future mobile application. As the primary interface for customers to manage their financial products, MyAccount aimed to empower users with features facilitating payments, comprehensive views of loan information, and intuitive self-service actions. This endeavor represented a commitment to functional excellence and underscored the relentless pursuit of user satisfaction in the ever-evolving landscape of digital experiences.
