As the lead UX strategist for this project, I spearheaded the redesign of Allegiant’s website and the development of a new iOS app. My approach began with restructuring the information architecture to create a seamless and intuitive user experience. Using whiteboarding for rapid ideation, I translated sketches into interactive wireframes with InVision, enabling clear stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making.

Leveraging my deep expertise in the travel industry—including prior work with American Airlines—I proactively addressed industry-specific challenges, ensuring a user-centered solution. Throughout this year-long initiative, I played a key role in driving the successful launch of the Allegiant app in 2020.
